Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced NC Programmer for a 6+ month contract in Salt Lake City, onsite. The role requires CATIA V5 programming with 5-axis capability and NC programming expertise.

You will establish manufacturing requirements, develop machine control data, and mentor others in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite in Salt Lake City, with a pay range of $55–$60 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), HSA, FSA, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent education (Associate level).
• 1+ years' experience in Numerical Control programming.
• Experience programming with CATIA V5.
• 5 axis programming in CATIA V5.

Job description

Position type: Fulltime, Contract Duration: 6+ Months Location: Salt Lake City, UT, Onsite.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
• Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work.
• Identifies equipment and approaches, coordinates and assigns work and trains/mentors others.
• Works under minimal direction.
• Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.
• Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.
• Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 or more years' Experience with programming using CATIA V5
• 5 axis programming in V5 CATIA

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate Level)
• 1 or more years' Experience in Numerical Control programming

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• CATPart creation
• CATProduct creation and assembly functions
• High speed machining
• Vericut simulation
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Tool creation and library management
• Configuration management principles
• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range*: Between $55 per hour-$60 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
