The Supervisor - Code Nuisance Abatement oversees, supervises, directs, and coordinates maintenance tasks including landscaping, bulk trash removal, graffiti abatement, and open/closed structures citywide. Familiar with heavy equipment like rear loader trucks, bobcats, roto-booms and tractors; proficient in Salesforce Field Services for scheduling abatements.

Five years of code compliance and equipment operation, plus supervisory experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of code compliance or related field experience with supervision.
• Experience operating heavy equipment listed in job posting.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Implements plans and schedules for abatement projects citywide.
• Assigns workers and coordinates use of heavy equipment.
• Ensures timely production, safety, and site cleanliness.
• Provides quality customer service and addresses issues promptly.
• Trains staff and assists with timekeeping and delegations.
• Estimates personnel needs to meet deadlines.
• Implements methods to improve productivity and compliance.
