Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering or related field.
• 0+ years of welding engineering experience.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and reading drawings.
• Knowledge of welding standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop welding specifications from contract, design and regulatory requirements.
• Review fabricator documentation and ensure conformance with project requirements (WPS, PQR, weld maps).
• Support welding programs and changes, including regulatory and client issues.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and other engineering disciplines on weld design and specs.
• Maintain welding consumables and base materials specifications.
