Job summary

Amentum seeks an Operations Field Supervisor to lead field operations at the Hanford site; oversee Waste Treatment Plant facilities, enforce safety and regulatory standards, and coordinate with multiple departments. The role requires directing staff, ensuring permits, and maintaining project schedules within approved budgets.

Candidates should have nuclear facility experience, DOE/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to make independent decisions to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in engineering or science desirable.
• 3 years nuclear facility experience required.
• Knowledge of DOE operating policies, rules and regulations, or NRC/INPO knowledge highly desired; OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for safety of self and others.
• Ensure environmental permits and regulations are followed.
• Demonstrate understanding of system design and operation including safety, health and regulatory conformance.
