Job summary

PSEG Power is seeking a supervisor to oversee Turbine/Generator Services support personnel, providing technical direction during outages and online work, and guiding craft teams through work packages, scheduling, and demobilization.

The role emphasizes development of procedures, troubleshooting, and coordination of contractors, with strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance including nuclear access requirements.

Qualifications

• BS Degree with 4+ years Nuclear experience or HS Diploma with 7+ years in the industry.
• Knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (BWR or PWR).
• Previous outage experience/project administration.
• Must meet Nuclear’s requirements for unescorted plant access.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of craft personnel during outages and online projects including technical support and turbine floor coordination for all work groups, managing work packages and schedule for outage mobilization, execution and demobilization.
• Assist in annual budget development and work planning, including ramp-up load board, contract support, budget approval and PO management.
• Preparation, performance and revision of maintenance and operating procedures, system troubleshooting and coordination of contractors.
