Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to read & work from mechanical system diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• 2+ years related mechanical or naval experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical testing of nuclear components per test procedures.
• Perform mechanical alignment and alignment checks for primary and secondary side detectors.
• Operate as Safety Technician to ensure systems are properly tagged out, isolated, and depressurized for safe work.
• Read and interpret mechanical system diagrams, blueprints, and Test Equipment Drawings to install test gear.
