General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking an Electrical Technician in Nuclear Test Operations to support all shifts. Responsibilities include electrical testing of nuclear components, alignment checks of instrumentation, and maintaining safety by tagging out and de-energizing energized systems.

The role requires reading electrical diagrams and schematics, plus troubleshooting per Test Engineer documentation. Heavy lifting and confined-space work may be involved.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED or 2+ years related technical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electronics, or electrical assembly, installation and repair.
• Must be available for all shifts per union agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical testing of nuclear components per test procedures.
• Align and verify Nuclear Instrumentation and Detectors.
• Maintain safety by tagging out, isolating, and de-energizing systems.
• Read electrical diagrams, blueprints, schematics; troubleshoot per docs.
