Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2+ years related technical experience.
• Able to read mechanical system diagrams, blueprints, schematics.
• 2+ years related mechanical or naval experience.
• Available for any shift per union agreement.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical testing of nuclear components per test procedure.
• Conduct mechanical alignment and alignment checks for detectors.
• Serve as Safety Technician to tag out, isolate, and depressurize systems.
• Build/install test gear from mechanical drawings and test equipment drawings.
• Follow EB Safety Manual and applicable instructions.
