Job summary

TerraPower seeks a Test And Fill Facility Operations Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of the TFF test systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on skills in fabrication and electronics, and the ability to oversee a multidisciplinary team in a nuclear-focused environment. This full-time position is based in Wyoming with strong safety and regulatory emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in nuclear, aerospace, industrial, or related environments.
• Extensive experience in facility management.
• Experience in test system configuration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the functionality and configuration of TFF test systems.
• Lead and manage operators and engineers to align testing with project goals.
• Oversee daily test system operations, protocols, maintenance, and building activities.
• Ensure safety training, qualifications, and incident response readiness for sodium facilities.
• Provide input on testing plans and coordinate IT security and networks for operation.
• Support TerraPower visits and tours, showcasing safety adherence.
