Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to develop Nuclear market accounts with high potential for repeat business. We provide heavy transportation, specialized rigging, and lifting services to move large components via road, rail and water within operating facilities.

You will build relationships, conduct discovery meetings, create proposals, and drive opportunities from identification to close, with reporting to SVP of Sales.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in industrial sales or related field.
• 5 years of commercial nuclear plant experience.
• Experience developing new customers.
• Ability to produce professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Excellent value proposition communication with high closing ratio.
• Collaboration with Execution teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop target account strategies in the Nuclear industry.
• Grow revenue through direct sales and branch support.
• Identify key personnel within decision-making units.
• Conduct discovery meetings and presentations at all levels.
• Maintain account data in CRM (IFS).
• Identify opportunities and shape pricing and proposals.
• Lead annual account reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Communicate updates with Sales & Marketing on strategy.
• Close a minimum of $5M in annual job value.
