Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Nuclear Manufacturing leader to oversee a regulatory-compliant production team. The role focuses on cost control, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals and quality standards.

The candidate will manage budgeting, reporting, and project oversight for investigational drugs, while maintaining cGMP and GDP regulatory practices and a sterile environment across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current qualifications for production and/or quality.
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Leads a small staff to ensure manufacturing operations.
• Creates and manages employee schedules around production hours.
• Monitors facility budgeting and generates financial reports.
• Acts as Project Manager for investigational drugs.
• Ensures SOPs and cGMP adherence; maintains quality and documentation.
