Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current qualifications for production and/or quality.
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manages small group of staff to ensure manufacturing operations.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Creates employee schedules around manufacturing production hours and needs.
• Handles facility budgeting.
• Generates reports related to financial performance.
• Acts as Project Manager for investigational new drugs.
• Executes SOPs in accordance with cGMP and GDP.
• Monitors and verifies quality in accordance with SOPs.
• Performs general maintenance.
• Maintains a sterile environment and cleans equipment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet product expectations.
• Adheres to a large volume of SOPs and embraces process improvements.
• Utilizes technology to support manufacturing processes.
• Maintains qualifications for production/quality to release product.
