Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group seeks an experienced Engineering Site Lead to oversee projects at the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Plant in Oak Harbor, OH. Lead planning, execution, and closing of projects while controlling budgets and schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will manage financial reporting, use earned value management, and foster business growth by pursuing opportunities and supporting proposals and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 10+ years experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience and technical education.
• Nuclear design engineering experience with modification and implementation processes.
• Minimum 6 years in the nuclear industry as an engineer or PM.
• Experience with contract NDA language development and review.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget; optimize schedules and resources.
• Monitor project financials and performance using earned value management.
• Act as primary client liaison; negotiate and manage project scope.
• Drive marketing initiatives and support proposals and client growth.
