Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group in Oak Harbor, OH seeks an experienced Engineering Site Lead to oversee project teams at Davis Besse Nuclear Power Plant.

You will plan, execute, and finalize complex projects on time and within budget, manage schedules and resources, and maintain rigorous reporting and financial oversight. This role requires nuclear design experience, strong client relations, and willingness to travel 10–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or PMP certification with 10+ years of experience.
• Nuclear Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation processes.
• Minimum 6 years in the nuclear industry as an engineer or project manager.

Responsibilities
