Job summary

Allied Universal in Seabrook, NH seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in developing operations and profitability of security services at a nuclear power contract site. You will oversee scheduling controls to manage overtime, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise Security Shift Supervisors, and act as liaison to security management for effective shift operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to meet licensing/certification requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of security experience in the nuclear industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified Security Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations.
• Supervise Security Shift Supervisors and conduct evaluations.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to control overtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in hiring/promoting security personnel.
• Ensure adherence to Safety Program and SCWE requirements.
• Develop succession plans for Supervisors and oversee training.
