Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience preparing quotations and managing their fulfillment.
• Administrative writing skills and a track record of building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delegate incoming Nuclear Safety Related and ASME III quotation requests and check them for accuracy.
• Direct report responsibilities for Nuclear Contracts team and leadership of the nuclear applications group.
• Develop internal systems and procedures; promote customer awareness; evaluate competition; coordinate solutions between sales and other departments; train new Sales Engineers and Sales Associates; provide business inputs to sales management.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators.
• Interact with functional areas within the nuclear team and other North America departments to ensure alignment of schedules and initiatives.
• Manage on time to schedule metrics and provide monthly status reports.
• Assist with SOP and capacity reporting.
