Emerson is seeking a Nuclear Engineering Supervisor in Mansfield, MA to lead an engineering team focused on valve and product engineering for nuclear projects. The Nuclear Engineering Supervisor leads a team of engineers supporting critical nuclear valve and product engineering activities in Mansfield, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering execution, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and supporting manufacturing and customer needs across nuclear projects. The position plays a key role in driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and team development within the Engineering group.

The total target compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
