Zusammenfassung

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) is seeking a Technical Editor to support Nuclear & Criticality Safety Engineering (N&CSE) document development and related databases. You will ensure schedules and quality commitments for SRNS Nuclear Facilities are met and enhance document quality across multiple platforms.

The role requires editing N&CSE safety bases, administering websites and databases, and training staff on Native Files and style guides.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field.
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Acrobat, and SharePoint preferred.

Aufgaben

• Edit N&CSE safety bases and support documents.
• Administer and maintain the N&CSE website.
• Administer and maintain the current Native Files database.
• Provide training to staff on Native Files and the N&CSE style guide.
• Provide support for the N&CSE databases such as Comment Resolution, Native Files, and SafetyNet.
• Maintain the user guides for all N&CSE databases and related applications.
• Create and maintain system design sketches in Visio and PowerPoint for DSAs.
• Maintain a style guide for N&CSE documents to ensure standards and consistency.
• Provide editing support to other organizations outside of N&CSE.
