• BS in Engineering or Science with progressive professional engineering experience.
• Post-secondary education may reduce the years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Defines objectives, develops strategies, and manages resources to achieve goals with management/customers.
• Establishes expectations to ensure high engineering discipline standards and quality; reviews deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Manages engineering commitments via schedules and tracking systems for on-time delivery of engineering products.
• Collaborates with peer engineering managers to support broader objectives.
• Provides guidance and support to direct reports for department improvements and professional development.
• Acts as the Safety Basis Regulatory Authority for CSTF and provides guidance on compliance.
• Ensures compliance with 10 CFR 830 and related safety analyses and USQ process.
