Job summary

Katmai is seeking a Program Analyst to provide programmatic, logistical, coordination, and analytical support for HFO interactions with DNFSB, DOE-HQ, and other DOE oversight stakeholders. The role emphasizes timely deliverables, documentation, and ongoing process improvements.

The candidate will coordinate site visits, monitor oversight activities, track commitments, and prepare status reports and communications. Strong MS Office skills and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of directly applicable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and/or other MS Office tools.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactions and support coordination among HFO, DOE-HQ, and other DOE elements regarding oversight.
• Monitor oversight-related activities and advise on issues and sensitivities.
• Support DNFSB/DOE-HQ interface activities and site visits, including logistics and records.
• Develop plans, tracking tools, and procedures to manage oversight interfaces.
• Prepare agendas, organize meetings, and coordinate required training and access.
