Qualifications

• Nine years of directly applicable experience in applying relevant theories, principles, and practices to tasks, problems, and issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working level knowledge of interfacing with Hanford stakeholders, coordinating site visits, and tracking/reporting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination among HFO, DNFSB, DOE-HQ and other oversight bodies; ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor oversight activities and flag significant issues or sensitivities affecting programs.
• Support NSD as the point of contact with oversight stakeholders, including inspectors and site staff.
• Develop and maintain plans, processes, tracking tools, and procedures for oversight interface activities.
• Coordinate responses to recommendations, commitments, and corrective actions.
• Prepare site visit agendas, meetings, briefings, and required trainings.
