Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Health Physics with relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a related field with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Nuclear Safety Program and ensure 10 CFR 830 compliance.
• Develop, revise, and maintain DSAs and TSRs for facilities and modifications.
• Perform hazard/accident analyses and facility categorization.
• Derive DSA commitments and TSR controls from analyses.
• Execute USQ process and develop interim controls and corrective actions.
• Review operating procedures and events to support safety.
• Manage safety-basis projects and interface agreements to meet schedules.
• Develop practical safety controls for operations.
• Provide technical peer reviews of safety documentation.
• Utilize analytical tools; MCNP or MicroShield experience preferred.
