Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering and 3+ years of experience in a nuclear environment. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work with complex engineering challenges. This position is available as part-time, full-time, or contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience of safety analysis work in a nuclear environment.
• Ability to develop technical analysis and computer models.
• Interest in solving unique engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and licensing documents for safety analysis.
• Develop computer models to simulate technical issues.
• Perform shielding and radiological evaluations.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Thermal hydraulics knowledge

Experience with GOTHIC, RELAP, RETRAN, MAAP

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
