Job summary

GEM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Readiness Leader to join the team supporting DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. The role leads the CNS Readiness Assurance Program startup and restart efforts for critical facilities and operations.

The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, ensure readiness verification, mentor staff, and represent the program in meetings with managers across organizations.

Qualifications

• Education & years of experience required: BA/BS with 20 years, or MA/MS with 18 years.
• DOE-specific experience mandatory: 10 years.
• Clearance eligibility: government clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for CNS RAP startup of Weapon Facilities and related processes.
• Lead readiness reviews and ensure readiness verification aligns with safety basis documents.
• Mentor staff and provide training on CNS Readiness Assurance Program.
