Job summary

PSEG Power is seeking a supervisor for Reactor Services support personnel to oversee outage-related activities, provide technical direction, and ensure safe and compliant operation of reactor-related tasks.

The role requires nuclear industry experience, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors during outages. Onsite work in New Jersey with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Nuclear Power Industry.
• Knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (BWR or PWR).
• Experience in refuel outage or dry cask storage.
• Demonstrated communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Must meet and maintain requirements for unescorted Nuclear plant access.
• A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation.
• Compliance with 10 CFR 810 required.

Responsibilities

• Refuel Floor coordination during outages, field technical direction, and development of maintenance/operating procedures.
• Assist in annual cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for personnel and equipment for outages.
• Maintain an effective safety program and supervise supplemental personnel.
