Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in monitoring and analyzing reactor core data.
• Foundational knowledge in Nuclear Engineering and strong interest in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring nuclear reactor cores.
• Analyze trend data from the reactor.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance core and nuclear fuel monitoring.
• Review nuclear core and plant reactor daily trend data.
• Generate procedure change requests for reactor engineering procedures.
• Assist with new nuclear fuel receipt.
• Improve or automate data collection and analysis related to reactor core components and thermal limits.
• Work in the reactor engineering group covering the Prairie Island and Monticello nuclear plants.
