Job summary

GE Vernova’s Global Nuclear Fuels (GNF) seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive quality improvements across the manufacturing business units. You will monitor trends, quality indicators, and manage actions to address findings while collaborating across manufacturing, quality, and engineering to uphold nuclear safety standards.

The role involves leading condition reports, performing causal and root cause analyses, and supporting NPI quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science plus leadership or technical experience in a nuclear or related field.
• Alternative: Associate degree plus more years of leadership/technical experience; NCA/RCA training timelines apply.

Responsibilities

• Embrace nuclear safety culture with priority on integrity, safety, security, and quality.
• Monitor and track condition reports, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with manufacturing operations to ensure consistent application of quality procedures.
• Write, review, and manage trend reports and perform root cause analysis as needed.
• Support NPI initiatives, quality process development, and DOE-related activities.
• Lead and mentor hourly production staff, oversee daily management and training.
