Job summary

W-Industries is seeking an onsite Nuclear Quality Assurance Engineer to join our DOE & Renewables BU at Spring, Texas. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Nuclear QA Program, ensuring products, services, and suppliers meet applicable regulatory, code, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will understand ASME Section III, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR21, and NQA-1, with potential to become a qualified NQA-1 lead auditor.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in nuclear industry.
• BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of ASME Section III, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Nuclear QA program across the facility and supply chain.
• Lead and participate in internal and supplier audits.
• Review nonconformance reports and 10 CFR Part 21 applicability.
• Develop QA procedures and records.
