Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear QA framework, aligned with ASME NQA-1. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and write reports with objective evidence.

You will supervise auditors and technicians, ensure findings are actionable and closed, maintain qualification records, and support NRC-style audits. A valid NQA-1 qualification or readiness within 90 days is required.

Competenze

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Experience with construction materials testing, special inspection, or geotechnical services preferred.
• ASQ CQA a plus.

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program, including internal audits and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end — notification, checklist, entrance meeting, evidence, findings, exit meeting, report — and supervise auditors and specialists.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; recommend changes to approved-supplier-list.
• Perform surveillances; classify findings, issue corrective actions, and verify effectiveness to closure.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records and support NRC-style audits.
