Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a Program Manager, Quality Control, NDE to lead the development and maintenance of written practices, inspection and test procedures, and training programs for NDE and inspection personnel in a nuclear construction setting.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role provides technical leadership as Responsible Level III, oversees vendor surveillance and audits, and ensures compliance with ANSI N45.2.6, NQA-1, and relevant ASME codes throughout construction

Qualifications

• ASNT Level III in relevant NDT methods (minimum VT, MT, PT).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical) or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of NDT/NDE experience in nuclear/power/chemical sectors, with ASME Code work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and maintain NDT procedures and Written Practice per ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, SNT-TC-1A/N45.2.
• Train, qualify, and certify NDT personnel; maintain records and proficiency evaluations.
• Act as Responsible Level III; evaluate NDT results to accept or reject components.
• Provide oversight of inspection duties and QA/QC activities during construction and fabrication.
• Support audits and CGD activities; liaise with inspectors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Review inspection/test plans to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Support program governance and discipline work planning with Quality team.
