Job summary
Energy Transfer LP is seeking an Engineering & Construction NDE Specialist to provide technical leadership for radiographic testing and other NDE methods across projects. You will serve as SME for X-ray technologies and ensure compliance with codes and company standards while collaborating with Welding, Materials, Corrosion, and Inspection teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of NDE experience with RT and imaging.
- Current ASNT NDT Level III RT certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for RT, CR, DR and other NDE methods across projects.
- Develop, review and maintain NDE procedures and inspection requirements.
- Serve as Responsible Level III for certifications and oversee qualification programs.
- Review radiographic procedures, films and reports for compliance.
- Support fabrication, construction, maintenance and integrity activities with NDE input.
- Evaluate NDE contractor qualifications and perform vendor audits.
- Assist in scope development and risk-based inspection planning.
- Provide training and mentoring to inspectors and engineers.
