Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a Project Quality Assurance Manager for a multi-billion-dollar nuclear facility construction project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab, about 50 miles west of Idaho Falls, ID.

The role oversees QA processes, audits, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Quality for Nuclear Projects performance unit. Requires extensive QA leadership in engineering design environments and experience with 10 CFR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of QA experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years in nuclear industry and 5+ years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team to oversee all phases of facility construction and engineering support.
• Develop QA program and conduct audits/surveillances to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training on the QA program and interpret project QA requirements.
