Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (USO) to lead the QA team for the Wyoming site, ensuring training, qualification, and certification requirements are met and readiness supports plant activities.

You will oversee work product, ensure regulatory compliance with NRC/INPO standards, and coordinate cross‑discipline reviews while pursuing innovative methods for the QA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, quality assurance, or a related technical field is required.
• 8+ years of commercial nuclear power plant QA experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or mentoring experience or equivalent people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages department personnel to ensure training, qualification, and certification requirements are met.
• Oversees QA work product ensuring compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates cross-discipline procedure reviews and database implementation.
