Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Project Quality Assurance Specialist in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role focuses on implementing and improving project quality processes within a nuclear environment to ensure compliance with requirements and quality expectations.

The specialist collaborates with project management, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to promote quality, resolve issues, and maintain evidence of compliance while ensuring safe, reliable project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related QA experience may substitute
• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Idaho Falls and meet site requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve project quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Review project documents and deliverables for completeness, accuracy, traceability and compliance.
• Coordinate QA activities with project management, engineering, procurement, and suppliers.
• Participate in audits, surveillances, assessments, inspections, and document results.
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions and closure.
• Maintain organized quality records and objective evidence supporting project decisions.
