Job summary

Framatome seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead maintenance projects and plant improvements at the Richland Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing Plant. You will coordinate engineering, operations, nuclear safety, QA, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant execution in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities include feasibility assessments, scope development, cost estimates, and schedule management, with a focus on nuclear safety controls and configuration management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Business and/or technical expertise in a related capacity.
• Strong communication with all staff and management levels.
• Root cause analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent report development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects and upgrades.
• Assess nuclear safety, regulatory compliance and risk.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, nuclear safety, and operations.
• Develop detailed project plans with budgets and schedules.
• Lead readiness reviews, hazard analyses, and readiness verifications.
• Oversee daily activities and manage scope, schedule, and cost.
• Closeout: archive QA docs and update procedures and drawings.
