Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking a Project Manager at our Richland, WA facility to plan and deliver maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements in a continuous operation manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with engineering, QA, nuclear safety, maintenance, and contractors to ensure strict nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated industrial or nuclear environments.
• Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects and upgrades.
• Ensure nuclear safety, regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, operations, and contractors.
• Track schedule and budget, escalate variances, and implement mitigations.
