Job summary

Framatome is seeking a senior electrical engineering professional in Richland, WA to lead multi-discipline teams and oversee industrial automation and instrumentation projects. You will guide complex technical activities, ensure compliance with standards, and build strong customer relationships across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 7 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
• Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective performance of technical assignments.
• Plans and directs the timely execution of technical activities, as assigned.
• Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
