The role requires deep NRC licensing knowledge, coordination across licensing, engineering, quality, construction, and operations, and proven leadership managing complex nuclear programs to ensure compliance with licensing baselines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or major capital projects.
• Experience leading nuclear construction or modification projects.
• Experience with NRC licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale nuclear construction project.
• Integrate NRC licensing requirements into engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Licensing, Engineering, Quality, Construction, and Operations.
• Oversee project controls: budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, change management, risk management, reporting.
• Support NRC regulatory interactions and licensing submittals.
• Ensure configuration management and documentation turnover.
• Provide project performance and regulatory status reports to leadership.
• Promote nuclear safety culture and regulatory compliance.
