Everforth Apex is seeking a senior Nuclear Project Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership for high-impact utility projects in a Waynesboro, GA on-site setting.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications, mentoring teams and applying advanced PM methodologies to ensure successful delivery within nuclear environments.

Nuclear Project Manager 3 - PM3

Location: Waynesboro, Georgia (On-site)

Role Overview

This senior role requires an experienced Project Manager to provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. The selected professional will oversee complex initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet critical organizational goals. This position demands a strong background in nuclear environments to effectively manage high-impact utility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of project management experience is required, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects. Robust experience within a nuclear utility environment is essential.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software is required. Strong technical familiarity with Instrumentation and Control (I&C), Electrical, or Mechanical systems is highly preferred, in that specific order of priority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced certifications or technical specializations relevant to nuclear utility operations.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments and lead large, multidisciplinary technical teams.
