Project Manager 3 – Nuclear Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to provide oversight and leadership in the successful execution of nuclear plant projects. The role requires strong field experience in nuclear environments, with a focus on managing supplemental personnel, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Oversight: Supervise and provide direction to supplemental personnel working on-site, ensuring compliance with plant safety and operational standards.
- Work Product Review: Review technical and administrative deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and plant procedures.
- Schedule & Budget Tracking: Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets; track milestones, variances, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Coordination & Interface: Collaborate and coordinate with plant departments, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to support seamless project implementation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to nuclear safety standards, site procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across project activities.
- Experience:
- 8–10 years of project management experience, with direct nuclear power plant experience required.
- Demonstrated success in managing field oversight and cross-department coordination.
- Certifications:
- Task Manager Qualification (required).
- Clearance and Tagging Qualification (required).
- Systems Knowledge (preferred):
- ESOMS (Electronic Shift Operations Management System)
- MAXIMO (Work Management System)
- PDMS (Plant Data Management System)
- P6 Primavera Scheduling Software

Work Environment
- Primarily based at the nuclear plant site.
- Mix of field oversight and office-based administrative tasks.
- Must be available for in-field oversight and coordination activities on a regular basis.
