Job summary

MATRIX is seeking an experienced Nuclear Sr Project Manager to lead capital modification and upgrade projects at Prairie Island or Monticello. The role covers cradle-to-grave execution in a highly regulated NRC environment, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Based on site, you will work with a team of professionals across engineering, maintenance, controls, supply chain, finance, and plant leadership to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in facilities/construction with nuclear power.
• Ability to obtain unescorted nuclear access, including background check and Fitness-for-Duty.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects within cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of projects and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress; prepare status reports for upper management.
• Provide leadership to project team members and direct work of others, including junior staff.
