Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Project Executive to lead day-to-day management of major Oak Ridge projects. You will drive contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting, while coordinating with owners, design firms, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will mentor the project team, manage risk, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to proposals to win future work. The role requires hands-on leadership on active sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience; large-scale GC experience preferred.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Lead, train and develop project team members and manage risk and progress.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports and drive project close-out with warranties and final payments.
