Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
• Excellent communication with staff, management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective performance on moderately complex to complex engineering assignments.
• Plans and directs timely execution of engineering activities within assigned cost centers.
• Ensures projects align with policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Develops and administers engineering standards and procedures for the group.
• Sets goals, objectives and performance standards for team members.
• Ensures development and training of team members to optimize results.
• Works with customers to build strong relationships.
• Researches best practices and proposes improvements.
• Works on special projects as directed.
