Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Engineering and a PE license, with at least 5 years in a nuclear plant setting and leadership experience. The position focuses on field leadership and client coordination.

Formación

• B.S. Engineering Degree required.
• Professional Engineer license (any state) with comity eligibility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary field liaison between client and engineering group.
• Provide engineering management and guidance to subordinate staff.
• Plan and manage work activities to ensure project execution within safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Demonstrate project leadership under supervision of Project Director or above.
• Supervise and delegate tasks among staff.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and proactively identify problems or opportunities, developing alternatives to mitigate them.
• Coordinate resources and understand contract requirements for area of responsibility.
• Support status reporting and presentations to client/management.
