Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction initiatives. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with architects, engineers and suppliers, and ensure projects align with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring milestones, governance, reporting, cost control and risk management, while fostering effective client relationships and delivering value on complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work with a broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
