Job summary

Greenberry Industrial in Vancouver, WA, seeks a Project Controls Lead to manage schedules, costs, and earned value for nuclear procurement and fabrication projects. This on-site role partners with PM, procurement, engineering, and quality to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project controls within nuclear or EPC environments, strong Excel and data analytics skills, and the ability to lead across multidisciplinary teams in a regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, Scheduling, Project Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting industrial construction, fabrication, EPC, energy, defense, or nuclear projects.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced Excel skills preferred for complex dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection and delivery.
• Monitor milestones, supplier documentation, and procurement deliverables affecting schedules.
• Track procurement, fabrication progress, and labor productivity against plan.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and executive status updates.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery strategies with project teams.
• Support change management, commercial tracking, and project forecasting.
