Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Lenexa, KS, is seeking an entry-level Engineering Controls Analyst to support a Design Engineering project team with tasks in accounting, scheduling, earned-value management, and related finance functions.

You will help define project scope, standard workflows, validate progress, ensure data alignment across tools, and contribute to monthly financial reporting. This role offers exposure to large projects and growth within a leading North American contractor.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, accounting, finance or similar.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review spent hours, expenses, budget structure and schedule progression for accurate reporting.
• Analyze financial forecast and budget issues within standard reports.
• Support month-end close and contribute to monthly financial reporting package.
