Qualifications

• Directing and overseeing the planning, scheduling and execution of nuclear production work applicable to ship availability.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of nuclear production work in the overhaul, repair, modification and conversion of nuclear ships.
• Experience in technical specifications and work practices associated with the overhaul, repair, modification of nuclear ships.

Responsibilities

• You will serve as second level supervisor over work operations in support of naval nuclear ship repair, maintenance, modernization, and overhaul.
• You will plan, coordinate, and direct a variety of related work operations or functions of subordinate employees through subordinate supervisors/leaders.
• You will analyze present and future work schedules, determine the manpower, material, equipment, training, methods and other requirements needed to perform the work.
• You will determine work requirements by setting deadlines, sequence of operations, and standards of quality and quantity.
• You will carry out and communicate support of EEO policies to lower-level employees. Assure equality on determining qualifications, selections, assignments, trainings, promotions, and other personnel actions.
