Job summary

TerraPower is seeking an Operations Procedure Supervisor to oversee the development and maintenance of O&M procedures for a new nuclear power plant. The primary location is Kemmerer, WY, with remote work until early 2026 and eventual on-site work.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with regulators and project partners, and drive process excellence across procedure development and software integration for site operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 10+ years nuclear power experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development of O&M procedures for a new nuclear power plant.
• Maintain processes and standards for NDP procedures.
• Use technology to improve plant programs and processes.
• Support software programs to manage site operations.
• Coordinate with other departments, regulators and partners.
• Oversee training and mentoring on procedures.
• Engage with industry peers and vendors to improve procedures.
• Supervise writers and developers, evaluating performance.
• Ensure auditable records for procedure development.
• Foster positive relations with customers and stakeholders.
