Job summary

Ameren's Callaway Energy Center seeks a Probabilistic Risk Assessment Practitioner at various levels to learn, maintain, and apply PRA models for safe, cost-effective plant operation. The role includes risk-informed evaluations, NRC interactions, and adherence to PRA procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualifications vary by level: Associate Practitioner requires a related degree and some PRA exposure.
• Practitioner requires several years in nuclear PRA or Operations.
• Career/Consulting Practitioner require extensive post-degree experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to advise Nuclear Division personnel on PRA issues.
• Evaluate plant design/licensing changes for quantitative risk impact.
• Maintain and document Callaway PRA models for risk assessment.
• Assist in NRC interactions and risk-informed licensing actions.
• Learn procedures related to PRA and perform related activities.
